EULA - End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT:
Please read the following license agreement thoroughly. If you accept the agreement,
click on the Accept button. To cancel the program, click on the Decline button.

This license agreement
is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the
CDMenuPro Author for the CDMenuPro software. You agree to be bound by the terms of
this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you may not use
this software product.

Terms of license
Upon registering the software, you have the right to use it on one computer and to make
and distribute all the menu project files you wish. This software is protected by
copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
property laws and treaties. This software is licensed, not sold. At such time as the
license fee for the software has been paid to CDMenuPro, this agreement grants you the
following rights:

The right to distribute files created by the software
in any manner you see fit, without payment of further royalties or fees to CDMenuPro.

The license for the use of the software shall be considered null and void upon
violation of any terms of this agreement.

Reverse engineering
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except and
only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
notwithstanding this limitation.

Separation of components.
The software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated
for use on more than one computer.

Support services.
You agree that CDMenuPro does not undertake to support the software, and the registration
fee for the software does not include payment for support of any kind. CDMenuPro may at
its discretion provide you with support services related to the software.

Upgrades
You agree that the registration fee for the software does not include payment for any
upgrades to the software.
LIMITED WARRANTY

NO WARRANTIES.
The CDMneuPro Author expressly disclaims any warranty for the software product.
The software product and any related documentation is provided as is without warranty
of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied
warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the software product remains with
you.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
In no event shall CDMenuPro Author be liable for any damages whatsoever (including,
without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of
business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability
to use this software product, even if CDMenuPro has been advised of the possibility of
such damages.
